You must be at least 17 years old to use MINYSTRM, in compliance with Apple App Store age requirements. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You agree not to post harmful, illegal, or offensive content, violate intellectual property rights, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. All payments comply with Apple In-App Purchase guidelines when distributed through the App Store.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display, distribute, and use it on our platform. You must have rights to any content you upload and not infringe on others' intellectual property.

MINYSTRM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
